Frank "Bomp" Bompensiero was a top notch killer for the Dragna Mob. He whacked out more than fifteen men, and he even had a hand in clipping a woman named Tamara Rand. "Bomp" blasted a member of Mickey Cohen's gang with a shotgun on the Sunset Strip. Years later he was killed in a phone booth by L A, Mob shooter, Tommy Ricciardi. The "Bomp" died a stoolie

Alfred "Freddy" Sica. Freddy was a member of Mickey Cohen's mob and long time associate of L.A Mob Capo, Louis Tom Dragna. He was into every racquet from extortion to bookmaking and prostitution. During the murder trial of Sica associate, Sam Lo Cigno, prosecutors reffered to Fred Sica as a man of evil reputation. Freddy was a top hand in his brother Joe Sica's drug dealing operation . He was also partners with Greek Mobster, Chis Petti in a San Diego bookmaking , drug dealing, and extortion ring that answered to LA Mob boss Pete Milano Petti and Freddy Sica had been famous for past posting bookies in Los Angeles with Joe Sica before their move to San Diego.
Louis Tom Dragna
Louis Tom Dragna aka Lou Allen aka "Louie longlegs" was at one time the acting boss of the Los Angeles crime family . He has an arrest record dating back to 1946. Louie Dragna was one of the top earners in the history of the LA mob. He made a ton of gelt in the garment business. Dragna participated in the murder of "Russian" Louie Strauss. He was convicted with Mobster's,Joe "JS" Sica , Frankie Carbo, and Blinky Palermo , of extorting boxing champion Don Jordan's manager. His last conviction came in 1980 when It came out in the Forex , Mafia, extortion trial, that Louie Dragna admitted to his membership in the Mafia, and that he betrayed the membership structure of the Los Angeles Mafia to FBI agent Jack Barron in 1976.
Jimmy "The Weasel" Fratianno was a chip-on-his-shoulder mob-shooter who transplanted to "Tinsel Town " from Cleveland . Jimmy was a member of the Cohen mob before he joined the Dragna Family. Fratianno had over a dozen mob hits under his belt . "The Weasel" never thought while on a mob ordered rub-out , when he coined the phrase ,"I'll take the back seat", that it would become infamous in underworld folk lore -- but it did, when he used it to get sure-shot aim to blast two tough hoods' in the back of their heads from the back seat of their sedan. Fratianno was always a rock-solid, stand-up guy, that is, until he sold his mob amico's down the river when he finked to the feds. became boss of the LA Mob after Frank De Simone died. He was called the "old-man" by the members of his Mob family -- which is a tradition in the Mob when referring to the boss . Licata was an ex bootlegger from Detroit. He was old school and low-key He owned barrooms and a chili joint in Hollywood on La Brea ave named Hugo's, where he operated a bookmaking and shylock business. Licata provided Mobster,Jimmy Fratianno with a phony alibi the night he whacked out the two Tony's in Hollywood . Tom Dragna was Nick's close friend and biggest ally. Tom sponsered Licata's membership in the Jack Dragna Family. It was Licata who initiated/made future Family Consiglieri, Mobster, Jack LoCicero a member in the Los Angeles Crime Family.

Jack Dragna, alias Jack Rizotto, alias Jack Dania, was one of the most notorious Italian gangsters on the west coast. There was nothing Mickey Mouse about Jack Dragna He was referred to as the Capone of Los Angeles . As boss of the LA Mafia, Jack ordered the death of many mobster's. He had slugger's Jimmy Fratianno, and Frank Bompensiero, in his mob, who where two of the best shooters in the country. The two killed over thirty men between them, most of them on Jack's orders. Jack set up the Bugsy Siegal hit. After the Bugsy bit the dust, he went after Siegal's, top ally, Mickey Cohen, and his lucrative gambling racquets. Dragna made many attempts to murder Cohen but although they failed, they succeded in making Cohen turn yellow and he turned all his racquets over to Dragna.

Dominic Brooklier aka Jimmy Regace aka Old-man Brooklier became boss of the Los Angeles Mob after Nicky Licata died. He ordered the hit that killed Mobster, Frank Bompensiero. Brooklier was a Dragna shooter in the Sunset Strip war with Mickey Cohen's mob, and he shot and wounded a Cohen henchman. Brooklier thought himself to be very smart .He held a law degree.
Brooklier hated Mobster's, Jimmy "The Weasel" Fratianno, and Mike Rizzitello. He regarded them both as being subversive beef-brained gunsels who tried to take over his organization while he was in the slammer. He also believed Fratianno was a rat.
That belief proved to be true, when "The Weasel" testified against Brooklier and other members of the Los Angeles Crime Family in the Forex extortion trial

Tom Dragna was Consigliari in the Dragna Mafia Family. He was Jack Dragna's brother and the father of capo, Louis Tom Dragna. Tom helped plan and implement several of the attemts on Mickey Cohen's life. Tom Dragna was Nick Licat'a's closest friend in the Family. He backed Licata for Boss after De Simone died.

He got the nickname " Dago Louie" because he spoke fluent broken English. Dago Louie was also a close ally of Mobster,Johnny Roselli . He secretly squealed to the Feds that Roselli's real name was Phillipo Sacco which made Johnny an Illegal and subject to deportation. Some say Dago Louie drove the slugger that whacked out Bugsy Siegel.

Philippo Sacco aka Johnny Roselli Johnny ran roughshod over the Chicago Mobs gambling intrests in Las Vegas,and he was also their man in Hollywood . He sent back big bucks to Chicago from extorting Movie companies. Roselli even produced a few movies. He worked with, and was well liked by LA Mob boss, Jack Dragna . Jack always took Johnny's advice . He made Mobster,Jimmy Fratianno a member of is Crime Family on Roselli's recommendation. Roselli hobnobbed with Hollywood's biggest movie stars. He was very close friends with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Roselli was disgraced in the eyes of many of his entertainer pals when it was discovered he was fleecing many of his friends in a card cheating ring in the Beverly Hills, Friars Club. Roselli testified in a Senate hearing that he had closely worked with the CIA in a plot to kill Castro. and several short months after giving that testimony he was found dead with his legs chopped off in an oil drum bobbing on the surface of Dumfoundling Bay, off the coast of Florida.
